Cookies for breakfast? – YES, pleeeeaase!
What to do on a cozy sunday morning? This time I decided to bake selfmade and healthy cookies for breakfast!
Introducing Mymüesli.ch
Some weeks ago I had the chance to order three prefinished mymuesli mixtures (my decision went to the Paleo-Cocos-Nuts-Crunchy, Honey-Nuts-Muesli and Kakaosplitter-Nuts-Muesli) and as well two muesli-bottles which I mixed myself.
Here the ingredients I used for my cookies out of my favorite products from mymuesli
(preparing time – 10 minutes)
·1 egg
· 1 spoon of honey
· 250g of your favourite müesli mix (I used the paleo one in this example)
Additionally you can use whatever you like.. for example some dried or fresh fruits, seeds, nuts or chocolate chips.. everything is possible and will make your cookies taste even better 🙂
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees centigrade. Put everything in a bowl and mix it well.
Poor the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake it for 15 minutes or till they get a beautiful gold-brown color.
